This class will teach you how to dazzle your friends and family this festive season with deliciously stunning party nibbles.

Prepare and cook an absolute party classic Belfast’s own Ewings Smoked Salmon and caviar blinis. Then prepare a Luxury Blue Cheese & cranberry Arancini, deliciously crisp Jerk Skewers and finally no Christmas party would be complete without sausage rolls! But with a difference, pork, chestnut, and cranberry. WOW.

Mulled wine will be available throughout the class and during the class you will be treated to a festive Christmas cocktail.

This class is RRP £65 per person, but for NICSSA members you can enjoy this festive class for £40 per person.
