Is the current economic climate making it difficult for you to handle your finances? This session is designed to offer practical advice on money management and provide valuable links to external professional guidance and support.
Nutritional Wellbeing
Wednesday 24th January 2024
Designed to empower you with practical tips and strategies, this professional webinar will show you how to fuel your body and mind for success. With expert guidance and actionable advice, learn the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal wellness.
Physical Wellbeing
Wednesday 31st January 2024
Join WELL Instructor Rob for a quick full-body workout to kick start your fitness routine for the year – no equipment needed and suitable for all levels!
