A new rescheduled date has been set to hold the NICS Social Club AGM. The AGM was unable to proceed as it did not have the required quorum to transact business. As one of the items on the agenda is to amend the Rules, 20 members shall form a quorum of whom not less than five members shall be members of the club management Committee.

As no quorum was present within the time appointed, the meeting stands adjourned to the following week when if no quorum is present, those members who are present shall be deemed a quorum and capable of transacting business.
